Atomization technology has a very wide range of applications, including almost all industrial sectors, agricultural production and transportation. In addition to the combustion of various fuels (gas, liquid and solid fuels),atomizing nozzle technology also has a wide range of applications in the non-combustion industrial catalytic granulation, food processing, powder coating and pesticide spraying. The so-called liquid atomization refers to the effect of the applied energy, and the liquid in the gas environment is turned into a liquid fog or other small droplets of the physical process. Kinds of Nozzle
As the atomizing device, there are various types of nozzles, the most common nozzles are: direct nozzles, pneumatic nozzle and swirl nozzle. There are great structural differences in these nozzles, according to the characteristics of application fields, different structure of nozzles can be selected and you can also choose spray gun nozzle. Direct-injection nozzle has the simplest structure, liquid under pressure discharged from the nozzle outlet orifice and atomized; its structure is simple, the arrangement is convenient, but in order to guarantee the atomizing effect there must be a greater pressure differential role. Pneumatic nozzle depends on adding the applied airstream with the injected liquid, so that the liquid surface is affected by the action of the high-speed; its atomization quality is higher, the atomization is relatively stable, and obtains small impact by conditions. The swirl nozzle generates a swirling flow is a liquid under the pressure differential in the vortex chamber by the action of swirl.

Wide Application of Nozzle
Nozzle is widely used in gas turbines, rocket engines, diesel engines, gasoline engines, aircraft engines and oil-fired boilers, fuel atomization, therefore nozzles are prerequisites on the various combustion device. The nozzle of the liquid fuel is supplied also known atomizer, there are the following two forms for the internal combustion engine to supply fuel. A pump fuel injects to the cylinder, the hole-type nozzle is mainly used in the direct-injection type diesel engine, and the pintle is commonly used in the separated combustion chamber diesel engine. Another is fuel and air are supplied into the engine by the carburetor, so atomization process is carried out in the high-speed transverse flow.
